I've never used 100mm tubes before, just I'd say endeavour packing extra in the end. Or pack the other end and when you're washed making the fume pack it down manually.

Don't pack it hard, and don't use shake or extremely dry tobacco. These filters saved me from returning the machine. I get a perfect cig 95% of the time. (5% my dumb fault)
Premier filters seem to have thinner paper in which the machine does not seem to catch properly. Top filters were the worst of all for me. I don't take Zen papers where I shop, but I hear they are good also. The machine fills these Gambler 100's tubes all the mode to the end, as long every bit y'all do not use overly dry tobacco. (In a bind...if you only have dry out left...then pack very lightly) I have only used this method with pipe tobacco, unsure if the cigarette cut would make a difference. Test unlike paper tubes, machine is picky on thickness of newspaper. meet less Papers! Papers! Papers!... that is the trick that solved my problem with this. I use a credit card to pack in the tobacco, but I don't have 100mm tubes, I utilize the regular size tubes.
If you're rolling 100'south, make sure you push the tobacco into the corners first, then fill in the heart. You don't have to pack information technology difficult in the corners, simply y'all do have to fill them. This works nifty for me.

I like the 100's amend considering I never fume a cig to the cease, so my hubby started using the 100'southward tubes for my cigs and he says they are even easier to roll than the kings! I have tried it, even though I'm not usually the cig maker in the family and he'due south right. If I fill in the left end first, so the right terminate, and gently pack in the eye, they are perfect every time. Good luck!

I don't use it on longer filters but since the the metallic slide tha comes out into the filter tube is set for a regular sized cigarette tube I imagine if it were ready to extend out longer for a 100 size cigarette it would so rip out a smaller length tube.

Yous might try switching tubes. I had a problem with the Premier 100mm tubes and switched to Zen. Only the real trick is to actually pack the left stop of the motorcar with a fair amount of strength and a lot of tobacco. Besides, hope you're using pipage tobacco besides.

Brand certain the tube is fitted securely flush with the car. Don't over or under pack it. Best results would exist to get a minor electronic scale and counterbalance out between 1.one to 1.3 ounces of tobacco. And this car will jam and seize if you lot over pack it to many times. I've since gone to a transmission premier supermatic excel. Perfect everytime!

Add additional tobacco to the end of the feed slot that volition be closer to the filter, and so pack the rest of the slot. Be careful not to pack it too tight or it volition jam.

Absolutely! Try using a small (two" sq.) piece of corregated cardboard equally a tamper. Put a little tobacco into chamber and 'push' some to the left and right to make sure the ends are filled, then a scrap more than in the center if needed. Tobacco should be snug, but not tight, or it will jam. Go those ends filled and you'll get a perfect 100mm every fourth dimension. Likewise, don't use tobacco that is too finely footing or besides dry. I found that a inexpensive, adequately moist pipage tobacco works very nicely. Good luck.
